raspberry-watermelon ice pops

Here’s a million-dollar question: when it’s 28 degrees in the sun, how do we resist the artificial colours of Mr. Freeze, Popsicle and company? Here’s how: by making the best ice pops ourselves! Or even better, by teaching the kids to make them in fun pop moulds.

Preparation : 10 minutes

Efficiency : About 8 pops

Refrigeration : At least 6 hours

Ingredients

Instructions

1. In a blender, purée the raspberries, watermelon, lime juice and honey until smooth, and strain, if desired.

2. Divide purée evenly into ice pop moulds. Insert a stick into each mould and freeze the pops for at least 6 hours.
