Super green smoothie

Chlorophyll-rich smoothies owe their popularity to American crudivore Victoria Boutenko, who got our eyes wide-open to the power of green! The formula, infinite in variations, is rich in vitamins, minerals, fibre, antioxidants and chlorophyll. Detox and oxygenation guaranteed!

Preparation : 15 minutes

Efficiency : 4 to 6 glasses

Instructions

1. In the blender, process all the ingredients until liquefied. Add water as needed.

2. Strain for a smoother texture, unless you used a powerful blender specially designed for juices. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
