Delnütta, the original recipe

Here is my homemade recipe for Delnütta bites. The composition differs slightly from those found in our display counters. We love their little round shape, but we also love to flatten them before they go in the oven to give them that cookie shape, and then coat them in melted dark chocolate. To grind the pecans, simply put them in a food processor, and remove them once they turn to a fine powder as their texture could become mushy.

Preparation : 10 minutes

Baking : 3 minutes

Efficiency : About 10 cookies

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients well.

3. Using a 1 tbsp. (15 ml) measuring spoon, place the cookie dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 3 minutes. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
