two-bread grilled cheese

Alexandra approaches everything with a plan: A, B, C, D… sometimes all the way to Z. She created a special grilled cheese for her kids, which she calls the “Henri and Simone.” It pairs one slice of Henri's favourite bread (cheese bread) with one of Simone’s (Sprouted Grain Loaf, which happens to be Alex’s fave too). Between slices are an excellent terroir cheese and a ton of herbs! That’s all it takes. “It’s the best grilled cheese in the world,” says Simone.
