pisco sour with cilantro, lime and agave

Pisco is a grape-based brandy whose birthplace is claimed by both Chile and Peru. It can have an alcohol content of 45%, so it will add some kick to anything – even water! The pisco sour cocktail was invented in Lima, the capital of Peru, around 1920. Alexandra’s favourite fresh version pairs lime and cilantro. Salud!
